ITS UK's Freight Interest Group is holding a special seminar at TRL,
Crowthorne on Thursday 3rd June.
'Training and Assessment of LGV/PSV Drivers using Simulated Environments'
will give you the opportunity to see TRL's Truck Simulator, the
Transportation Research Group's Instrumented Vehicle and find out about the
research being undertaken by Cranfield University using their bus simulator.

From 15:30, delegates will be escorted to the TRL Truck Simulator laboratory
(a 5-minute walk from the main lecture theatre).
Delegates will be allowed into the simulator in groups of four and while
this is taking place, the Instrumented Vehicle developed by the
Transportation Research Group (University of Southampton) will be on display
outside the facility.
Tea will also be available during this period. The meeting will finish with
the demonstrations.
There are some free spaces available for MSc and PhD students and academic
