Dear Mr Gyde,
Thank you for your email, which has been passed onto the London Museums of
Health and Medicine email list. I confess to not knowing anything about the
logoscope, but wondered if the following links might be of use to you?
I also had a quick look in the 2003 Medical Directory, but there was no Dr F
Nash listed. This does not mean, however, that he is either not alive, or
no longer practising as Doctors choose to be listed in this publication.
Perhaps you might like to contact the General Medical Council?

Subject: Logoscope
I am interested in finding Dr F A Nash's Logoscope, a device intended to
assist in Diagnostic reasoning. It is described in the Lancet Dec 31
1960, 1442-1446. As he was (I do not know if he is still alive) a
surgeon I thought that you might be able to tell me if you know of the
Logoscope and indeed whether he is still living.
I am researched medical decision making and any information will be
gratefully received
Best wishes
