Personally, I would read it: title, epigraph
(and then a few remarks if you feel it necessary) and the poem.
I usually try not to make many remarks for when the audience has a poem in a
book there is no poet to explain. I do this sometimes because it is harder
for an audience to grasp what is being read aloud since they do not have the
prop of the paper so they can read it again or spend time thinking about it.
