Usually your poetry leaves something more for the reader, is more subtle. I
am not sure this is poetry, Gary. It just tells too much. At least in my
opinion poetry should suggest, leave a few doors partially open so the reader can
imaginatively participate.
This presents everything, so I have nothing to do. That is the only way I
know how to describe what is missing. The details are there, but the poetry
isn't, at least not for me. Hope you won't be offended at my bluntness. Sue
