Hi Sally,
This is part of a much longer poem that is not finished that is called Dante
Experiences Time Travel. Also, Dante does meet Virgil in The Divine Comedy.
I'll be reading them both again soon so I can get on with the poem sequence
again. This bit just seemed to stand well by itself.
