We found bugzilla completely over the top when we were looking at fault
systems (and, at the time, the actual code quality was atrocious). We
wrote a lightweight bug tracking system that would be perfectly acceptable
for Starlink. Let me know if you want a copy (it's in CVS). Malcolm has
used it.
