Dear John and SPMers:
We are doing VBM with of grey, white and CSF images in SPM2. Our
images weren't segmented in SPM2, rather, in another program, so we
working outside of script/batch mode.
We understand that the function that replaces volume_preserve for SPM2
is (from a posting of John Ashburner/Andreas Bartsch 2/28/03)
Imge = spm_get(1,'*.img','Select image to modulate');
Parm = spm_get(1,'*_sn.mat','Select spatial normalisation params')
spm_write_sn(Imge,Parm,'modulate');
Unfortunately, this function does not when run as an m-file or copied
into MATLAB.
Does anyone know what is happening with this script?
Thanks,
Rob McClure
