I wouldn't go as far as to call me a "wise guy", but there is a
critical issue concerning the "ALL" in this statement. Have a look at
the very clear and helpfull draft paper by Nichols et al. at
<http://www.sph.umich.edu/~nichols/Conj/>. They also provide a SPM
patch allowing to compute "valid" conjonctions.
