Take a look at FDRill.m

this is a function for SPM (2 or 99) which will create a figure
which shows the distribution of statistic values in two ways,
and in particular shows how the FDR threshold is found.
It will ask you for a SPM.mat and a T statistic image, and then it will
create two plots. The top one is the rootogram (a square-root histogram)
of statistic values in the T image; it is overlayed with the assumed null
T distribution. The bottom is a loglog pp plot, indicating how the FDR
threshold was found. The FDR threshold (if finite) is indicated on both.
