Dear Juergen,
the SPM.mat created by SPM2 has a different structure than the SPM.mat
created by SPM99. Amongst other changes, all contrast information which
was stored in a separate file (xCon) by SPM99, is now included in SPM.mat
in SPM2. You will need to re-define and re-estimate your model using SPM2.
