Dear all,
I'm just getting my feet wet using SPM2 after having used SPM99 for several years. I would like
to do an analysis of a single subject median nerve stim dataset I have, and for purposes of
comparing SPM2 results to inhouse analysis software, I need to do the analysis on SPM2 without
convolving the response with the HRF.
Is there a straightforward way to do this in SPM2?
In our dataset, we have a block design with alternating 30 sec. blocks of median nerve stim on and
then off. The TR was 3 seconds, so each block represents 10 acquisitions. To avoid problems
associated with NOT convolving with HRF, I removed the first 3 scans from analysis so that I am
analysing only the last 7 acquisitions of each block instead of all ten.
In any event, I'm wondering how, as an unsophisticated user of Matlab, I mightt coax SPM2 into
letting me analyze this single subject data set without convolving with the HRF.
Any ideas are much appreciated.
Best,
Juliana
