There is no pre-processing facility in SnPM. SnPM solely provides
inferences (corrected and uncorrected P-values and thresholds) with
weaker assumptions than usually required.
So no, you don't need to do any reprocessing. Use SnPM whenever you
would use SPM to do a one- or two-sample t-test (or correlation) in a
second level analysis.
