Just to remind you about the workshop and seminar next month, which address
key issues of Knowledge Management and Performance Improvement. These take
place in London:
Knowledge Sharing, Creativity and Innovation, 24 February, London
Disruptive technologies and world-wide competition are driving a global
business transformation. The very nature of work for many people in hi-tech
and knowledge-based organisations has already fundamentally changed. This
workshop is relevant to every organisation or team that is serious about
transforming the way it works. Participants will find it will help to
enhance their ability to create and innovate and to improve the way that
they manage and interact with others. The presenter is David Gurteen, a
highly respected independent Knowledge Management consultant and who runs
the Gurteen-Knowledge Website.
The Second “Communities of Practice in Action”, 25 February, London
One of the most effective mechanisms for the transfer and sharing of
knowledge has proved to be Communities of Practice (CoPs). The most
successful CoPs are pragmatic, workable and inexpensive. This event
provides participants with the strategies, tools, techniques and know-how
to be able to start CoPs of their own.
Also led by David Gurteen, this is a multi-speaker seminar featuring
presentations and case studies from organisations such as English Nature;
Knoco; Siemens; Oracle; Cabinet Office.
