Good on California! I hear NY has also got the same laws. I reckon the
significance of it is the fact that the whole country...and not just any
country...has taken on this law. Ireland has a well known tradition of
socialising in pubs and bars and many of its citizens smoke ( I'm not sure
of the comparative statistics but it sure seems like a hell of a high
number). Wonder what would happen if they did the same with alcohol!
(America has tried that one too!)
