Skin health surveillance can be carried out in two ways. One is the
traditional visual assessment which will give you an indication when an
actual skin problem has arisen. The other is what dermatologists call skin
bio-engineering, which uses scientific instruments to measure actual skin
condition. This latter will detect sub-clinical damage, i.e. damage from
irritants that is not yet visible on the surface of the skin.
We run half-day courses on skin health surveillance. If you are interested
may I suggest you contact me off list to discuss.
