Hi all,
i am in a fortunate position of having a full time "first aider" working
within a department I work 2 days a week.  I want to change the role from
first aider to OH assistant and both management and employee are keen to
develop this change.

Rather than re-invent the wheel can i ask for anyone who has any TORs
protocols or any policies for OH assistants to contact me.

The lady concerned is a first aid instructor, IT confident and has many
years of experience in OH.  Landed on my feet with this one i must admit.
