R "proper use of the list" and advertising to fill posts. I am sure Bashyr
will respond in due course as he is the list owner. I wonder if the reason
that posts cannot be advertised is because it is funded by the Higher
Education Funding Council - a government funded body (hence "ac" in the
address) . It may well contravene their rules. Bashyr - am I correct?
