I am in the same situation, but have just been provided with a letter which was sent to all GPs etc re the withdrawl of Rubella vaccine. It indicates the use of MMR-11, manufactured by Aventis Pasteur MSD for Sero-negative women and health care workers. The information was provided by the DoH. A single dose only is required.
I hope this helps.

Subject: MMR Vaccination in adults
in view of withdrawal of single dose Rubella vaccine, we are currently
developing our protocols for MMR for our non Rubella immune healthcare
staff. evidence examined so far is proving a little difficult to pin down as
it is geared primarily towards children.
I would appreciate any feedback from NHS colleagues or any OH dept re way
their protocols have been adopted, dosage, number of vaccines offered etc.
thank you
