the important thing is to identify what you are going to do if someone holds their hand up to a substance misuse problem.
Are you going to treat it as a medical condition if they demonstrate compliance with treatment?
If so, how are you going to demonstrate compliance - blood tests, urine tests?
You need to have an OH policy and procedure to identify role of OH and any consent / data protection issues.
If so, do you have a chain of custody procedure? Most good labs will provide you with a chain of custody procedure with their kits.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistance in this matter.
