Chris
Before you start to get testing done, may I suggest you get hold of a copy
of "The Complete Guid to Food Allergy and Inteolerance" by Brostoff and
Gamlin. (ISBN 0-7475-0566-7) (I have a copy and would be happy to lend it
if you find you cannot get hold of it.)
This is an aspect of reactions where a great deal of nonsense is talked. I
have had people who have been tested by an "independent fool allergy
specialist" and reduced almost to a starvation diet as they were "allergic"
to almost everything. In reality in most cases the problem lay totally
elsewhere and had nothing to do with food at all.

Chris Packham
