Hi
I HAVE JUST STARTED A NEW POSITION WHICH IS STAND- ALONE, REPORTING DIRECTLY
TO HR DIRECTOR, WHICH I FEEL WORKS WELL, AS THIS HR DIRECTOR HAS A GOOD
UNDERSTANDING OF OH. SAFETY DO NOT ALWAYS SEE SITUATIONS FROM A OH
PERSPECTIVE WHICH CAN PROVE DIFFICULT FOR WORKING RELATIONSHIPS!
HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL
DIANE
