Hi
Glad to know that there are rather more OHA's out there than I thought.
Has anyone been 'lucky' enough to go to a tribunal? If so any thoughts on
how to survive the process and come out feeling professionally intact! It
seems I may be called by both my employer and the employee!

Hello Sue
One way of preparing yourself for the ordeal is to visit one to see how they
operate. You don't need to make an appointment and they operate Monday to
Friday except Public Holidays and possibly one day in lieu of the Queen's
Birthday in June. (Don't ask me why - I know that the Old Bailey closes for
HM's birthday so it is likely that Tribunals do so too.)
I am not sure where you are based but in London there is one in Woburn Place
which is not too far from Euston Station.
