Dear Glenn,
What a strange answer you have given. "if we could Knit nurses we would", I
think this may have been an attempt to be rude which is quite amusing.
The point I was making is that many Trusts use agencies to recruit from
overseas, the agencies in general will recruit from specific countries.
Using agencies that recruit from countries with lower levels of HIV is one
way forward. I realize that this may not be ethical and that I personally
would not implement this but I would be surprised if this approach has never
been taken.
I do not want to get into one of these long slaging matches that seem so
popular on this site, so could you please keep any insults to yourself.
Mature debate only please
Thanks
Saghir.
