In my experience the assessments that OHR pay £100 the OHA for are for Users who have had an initial assessment and symptoms, health concerns or special needs have been identified. The OHA is then required to write a comprehensive report and recommendations- much more work than would be required for a straightforward DSE assessment.
I have been advised that a daily rate of £250 for this type of work is standard in London
