I agree that both Lucy and James have valid points. Yes James, we are all
entitled to our opinions , however, I do agree with Lucy in as much that
although we are free to voice what we think, we should be very careful not
to personalise our responses. This list is about networking and sharing,
not belittling our colleagues to the point where they feel they are unable
to contribute to the list for fear of being made to look silly or stupid by
one or more of their peers.
