Subject: Employers deemed to know
We had a discuss a while ago centred around a tribunal case that stated that
if an occupational health professional knew about a problem the employer was
deemed to know.
I have searched the archives to find the details again and can't find the
discussion. Can any one remember the discussion and give me as to where I
might find it in the archives please!!
