We don't pay. For our Security staff it is part of their T&C that they train & act as first aiders. Security now provide our main response. Other staff train up as lifesavers on a voluntary basis.

Subject: First Aider payments
Dear members
I am re-visiting the issue of First Aider payments. We currently pay our
First aiders £250 per annum. I just wanted an idea of what other
organisations are paying their First Aiders.Your input would be much
appreciated.
