My understanding is a health record is a list of all health surveillance
that an individual has had with a simple pass or refer as outcome. It is
probably more suitable to give medical records to the person themselves or
the GP. However contacting the individuals to getting permission to send to
GP and also to send them ,will incur further costs which will never be
reimbursed. If it is not too expensive, you could consider archiving the
records onto a CD, which won't take up too much room to store?
