As long as the report can be verified (UK appproved laboratory and evidence of identify), proof of seroconversion and a booster following this (current green book) is reliable evidence of immunity to hep b. Although as we all know, the US have demonstrated that >10mIU/ml is evidence of immunity, which will resurface with exposure to hep b. But the policy is not at the top of the list of priorities, as it errs on the side of caution with >100mIU/ml and a booster with every exposure if last booster >1 year ago. I spend my life trying to explain and reassure my clients!
Reading back this looks even more complex than I understand it to be!
