Spitting is usually a problem because it is more acceptable in some cultures
than others, not just because people are young- this is a new one on me.
I think I have seen something at the local Health Promotion Unit (Enkalon
House Regent's Road Leicester) you could try them and if they do have
promotional stuff ask them where to order it from. (It may be in Urdu and
other languages!)Alternatively try your own local HP Unit....
Another thought is the Respiratory disease unit (chest Clinic)- they will be
keen to prevent the spread of TB this way..Try and get hold of a Nurse
Specialist in the field - they are usually quit useful.
Good luck and let us know if you find anything...
Diane
