We deal with numerous claims, I understand it that as long as the client has
given consent to that specific company, you give all the records. I also
thought that records are only kept for 30 years ? Not sure what you do after
this time ! Also I thought they had to make a claim within 3 years. Hope I
haven't confused the issue more.
