Have you tried inter-library loan via your local medical library? Also,
some of these may be available electronically - have you tried to find

There are a couple of options:
Go to the library where you are studying and ask their advice
If you are an RCN member you may be able to get them from the RCN
either by
going in person or by paying a fee for it to be copied for you.
