Mine would be
1) Sickness absence/case management
2) Use of computer workstations - not just ULDs but the whole issue of
increasingly running one's work and life through an electronic box of tricks
3) Mental health, worklife balance and how the increased expectations of
life impact on work and vice versa
4) Health and performance management - linked to the above 2
5) The ageing workforce
Having seen a couple of the other replies which are similar, it appears
there are very few old fashioned risks out there these days, but a lot of
complex modern ones.
If you want a sixth and an issue for all recruits, it it would be how to
train the organisation to get the most out of OH.
