Have you asked her why she refuses to sign / date her entries in the OH
records? I wonder why she has such an aversion to this?! I cannot comment on
the legal perspective, but would imagine that she could end up in hot water
if a case went to court and she had made entries with no reference to the
date particularly. As regards the OH Physician bit, I think that for someone
to call themselves that who has no OH qualifications is on dodgy ground. Can
you not find a suitably qualified OH doc to work alongside you (and replace
your current one?!) This is merely my humble opinion as an OHN, hopefully
someone can advise you on the legal side. Have you tried the RCN and the
BMA?
