Having been a school governor I know that the provision of state schools are
generally under the county council and therefore the county councils OH
service provides OH cover for the schools. However, this may differ in other
counties as City of Bradford Met. District Council deals with their schools,
but Oxford City council doesn't. So try City first and then County..
