Hi
Local policy for healthcare workers is that somebody could potentially
be infectious from the 8th to 21st day after a positive contact (it used
to be 10-21 days).
Hope useful

Subject: Shingles
I am sure this question has been asked before but how long are employees
or work mates at risk from contracting chicken pox ( If they have never
had the illness) from someone newly diagnosed with shingles.
Thanks in anticipation.
