At this place of work there are about 60 employees who travel overseas on
business. I have a database which tells me when their vaccinations are due
and I recall them to have their boosters. I book them in when the doctor is
on site just in case of anaphylaxis (we have the necessary drugs and oxygen
on site but fortunately they haven't needed to be used yet). I don't find
it a problem to recall them myself and just consider it as part of my job.
It also means that I am certain that they are fully covered when they go.

travellers and this will include a health check offering advise on
recommended vaccinations. I will have a database of staff members and
their vaccinations re: boosters etc. and their travel location. I agree
that they need to be taking responsibility for their own health, but
have come accross an incident when a staff member travelled overseas
during my absence without any vaccinations (he was unaware). I think it
is a good idea to offer this service and feel that it passes on the
message to staff that the employers are interested in their well being.
