I would assume this post is to free the OHN to go out and do Risk
Assessments on site and to enable the OH Dept. to be manned? I think if
that is the case, David, you are probably right, that is too much to ask a
D grade. I would say the following skills are required
General / Mental Health Nursing plus experience
General clerical / IT skills
Skills necessary to do pre-employment screening and health surveillance (or
willing to train)
Good First Aid Skills (preferably have FA certificate or willing to train)
Good organisational and time management skills
The list is not exhaustive and is just to give some ideas.
