Hello Jane
Like you, I think this is the way that OH will be going in the future. I've recently had a domestic assistant off for near enough 3 months. (Daughter in the Navy, Grandchildren at home, it was the school summer holidays, even bought the whole family along to one of her appointments! - just building a picture).
GP diagnosed frozen shoulder, the Physiotherapist disagreed totally and to put it mildy she was wasting our time. Tried to get her back into work on temporary restricted duties and she failed to turn up to see myself or the physio on several occasions and then mowed the back lawn and strained her shoulder! Was hoping to get her back sooner by writing to her GP and hopefully tomorrow she will be back on restricted hours, advised by the GP.
List please disagree with me or advise, as I'm still learning....
Cate
