Amazed is not the word I would use to describe my reaction. The gentleman I
spoke to said that just because she had the key it did not mean she had
access to it!!!! I said I thought it was one and the same but he said it was
two different matters.

I'm amazed that this is their advice without some guidance on the data
protection act. I wonder how doctors would feel if they knew their reports
were open to view by someone for whom they were not intended. In fact, many
put a clause in their reports precluding the divulgence to other parties
without their express consent.
Don't know what others think about this? Another good debate perhaps.
