Hello all,
can I ask what peoples views are on what a valid time would be to keep pre-
employment health questionnaires?
When a form is received a letter is sent to attend an open clinic. If no
response is made or non-attendance at the clinic what is a reasonable time
to keep the form? After all the information is only valid until the date it
is signed and dated by the individual, similar I suppose to an MOT
certificate. Am I being reasonable to say that if after a period of 3
months no response has been received I can shred the form??
What's your views? Are there any legalities to this?
Thanks,
Glenn
