I have been asked to provide training/advice to staff who may have to deal
with a student who studies in a number of buildings and also is a hall
resident. I have not met her yet but she apparently has a class 1
hypersensitivity to a substance [s] unknown, apparently she has needed to
use an epi-pen but there have been occasions when she has been unable to
administer it. Anyone got a protocol/policy/advice to offer about this
potential emergency, yours in hope ,Janet
