Dear Dr. Kelly,
Hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit.
The small grant you are proopagating is really SNALL.
Would any western scholar ever touch a research ,workshop scheme with just
$1000. Then why provide this carrot to developing country scholars.
I would like to take up collaborative research with you on social, economic
and psychological issues in disaster reduction.
With warmest regards
Durgadas Mukhopadhyay
