Applications from suitably qualified candidates (PhD in a relevant
subject area such as Chemistry or Physics, and demonstrable experience
with femtosecond lasers, molecular beams, and/or charged particle
imaging) are now sought for a post-doctoral position funded by the
European Union as part of the PICNIC network
(www.chem.leeds.ac.uk/PICNIC).
The project will involve applying time-resolved charged particle imaging
to study non-adiabatic dynamics in small molecules, and will be
undertaken in a recently refurbished and now well equipped laboratory.
The position is available immediately for the right candidate.
Salary will be on the RA1A scale (£18 265 - £27 393 per annum). Certain
