sorry....bgs is Bowne Global Solutions, they were given the contract to provide telephone interpreting to NHS Direct, this service is accessible to the whole NHS at same rate. as well as economies of scale this will also allow us to tap into a central reserve of translated NHS literature (everything you pay to have translated they keep centrally and make available to all other NHS staff.
i am looking for anyone who has used their service so far so i cna look for some comparisons
