If you look at the literature in Education you will find that there are
already tools designed that identify learning styles - however, they are not
specific to midwives.

Subject: re psychological evaluation of the newly employed midwife and her
style of learn
Hello to all
My name is Zenia Koutsi and I am a midwife from Greece. After an year in
UK,where I was a MSc student, I have just returned back home and started to
work in a new university hospital in Greece. I have been allocated to form a
psychological questionnaire to assess the personality of the new members of
the midwifery staff, so that the clinical educator would be able to approach
each new member in an appropriate manner and plan an individual induction
and adaptation strategy.
If anybody of you have been involved in such a process or know any
bibliography (especially articles with examples of such psychological
midwives' evaluation), I would be extremely greatful.
If anybody needs any clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact me
directly.
Thanks in advance
Best wishes
Zenia
