Thanks Carolyn. It's an interesting study, but the questions weren't
as succinct as I'm needing.
Best wishes,

Not the tool you are talking about but a qualitative study was
published in
American Journal of Maternal Child Nursing (MCN) on women's self
perception
of risk.
Heaman M, Gupton A & Gregory D 2004 Factors influencing pregnant
women's
perceptions of risk. Amer Jnl of Maternal child Nursing, March/April:

Subject: Self rating of risk
I'm having a 'senior moment'. I recollect from somewhere that
there is a very simple self-rating risk assessment tool for pregnant
or
newly-delivered women, but I can't place it.
It's along the lines of 'What level of risk (if any) do you feel your
pregnancy was?', with the options 'None', 'Low', 'Moderate'
and 'High'. Risk is not defined, it's just to get an idea of
impressions of risk.
Can anyone identify a source for this?
Many thanks
