FIFTEENTH-CENTURY LITURGICAL MUSIC, IX: THE YORK MASSES
The British Academy's Early English Church Music Committee invites
applications from prospective editors of the above volume, which will
comprise Mass movements from York, Borthwick Institute, MS Mus. 1. This
volume is provisionally scheduled for preparation in 2005 and for
publication in 2007, as EECM volume 53.
Prospective volume editors are requested to provide the following
information, sending the materials to the General Editor at the address
given below by Friday 25 June 2004:
1. Name
2. Address (including e-mail address)
3. Current employment
4. Brief Curriculum Vitae (2 pages A4 maximum)
5. A short statement of research experience in late-medieval
liturgical music and/or related areas;
6. Sample transcriptions with commentary (if available);
7. A proposed list of contents for the volume including suggestions
(if appropriate) for additional late- fifteenth-century
repertory.
