ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS 2004

Location: University of Stirling
The second annual Electric Connections conference is due to take place on
Thursday 26th August 2004 at Stirling University. Funded by the Scottish
Library & Information Council (SLIC) and backed by the Confederation of
Scottish Mini-Cooperatives (COSMIC), EC2004 provides an insight into digital
developments in the library, archive and museum sectors. The event is a must
for anyone who needs to stay in touch with the initiatives that will
influence the development of 'Virtual Scotland'. Some of the contributions
to be expected at EC2004 include those from MoPark, SAPIENS, What Clicks?,
the Scottish Civic Trust, the Scottish Poetry Library, NAS, Scotland's
Culture, the NLS and many more.

The conference will be free (apart from travel) thanks to SLIC's support.
Note that registration is essential to avoid disappointment since numbers
will be limited to around 70.
