Dear All,

Lunch and refreshments are provided. The event will start at 10:30 AM
(registration will start at 9:45 AM) and finish at 3:30 PM.
The event will have four speakers. Professor Robert D. Galliers, the

introduction of enterprise systems in global companies. His speech is

Globalization - When 'Best Practice' Meets 'Cross-Cultural
Communication'". Dr. Pat Finnegan, Senior Lecturer at University College
